Teaneck Family Photographer

I live in Teaneck, which means when you book a session here, you're working with someone who actually knows the town — the parks, the light at different times of year, and where things get unexpectedly beautiful. Most of my Bergen County sessions start a few minutes from my front door, and Teaneck is home.

Families here tend to be grounded, real, and not looking for a production. They want photos that feel like them — candid, warm, and something they'll actually hang on the wall. That's the kind of session I do best.

Where We Shoot in Teaneck

Votee Park is the main spot — it's central, easy to get to, and has enough variety (open grass, tree coverage, shaded paths) to build a full session without feeling repetitive. It works especially well in the afternoon leading into golden hour.

Teaneck Creek Conservancy is a quieter option along the Hackensack River — more natural and wooded, good for families who want something that feels less like a park session and more like a walk through the woods. The light filtering through the trees in late afternoon is genuinely nice.

For families who want something more personal, I'm just as happy to shoot in your neighborhood or backyard. Teaneck's residential streets photograph beautifully in fall — the tree-lined blocks around town have real color and the kind of setting that feels like home, because it is.
