No shows - nonrefundable.
Arrival Time is 5 mins before scheduled time slot, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your arrival time, your photographer will only work for the remainder of your allotted time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your arrival time, a shoot may still be possible depending on remaining scheduled slots, but not guaranteed
